Architect and Urbanist. She was President of General Electric for Spain and Portugal, General Director of Google Inc. for Spain and Portugal, General Director of Operations of the NH Hoteles Group and CEO of Dell Computer for Spain, Italy and Portugal and she has participated in different entrepreneurial projects with mixed results. Author of two books: "La Encrucijada de Carlota" (Espasa, 2011) and "Lo que estaba por llegar, ya está aquí" (La Esfera de los Libros, 2016). 
She is a strategy and innovation consultant and professor at ESADE and Deusto, activities that she combines with a few Board of Directors..

Sylvain Giguère
Sylvain Giguère is the Director of the Employment and Local Economic Development Division of the OECD, based in Paris. The objective of this Division is to contribute to the creation of employment and higher quality in the OECD countries and on a global scale. Its team is made up of a highly qualified team of researchers and economists, including a unit in Trento (Italy), dedicated to the training of parliamentarians and public managers.

Jamie Hepburn was appointed Minister of Enterprise, Fair Employment and Skills of the Scottish Government in June 2018. From 2016 to 2018 he was Minister of Employability and Training and from 2014 to 2016 Minister of Sport, Health Improvement and Mental Health. Since 2007 Jamie Hepburn is a member of the Scottish Parliament. Until 2011 he was parliamentarian for the district of Central Scotland and since 2011 he has been for the district of Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. Previously, Jamie Hepburn was President of the Student and Youth Association of the Scottish National Party (SNP).

 
Fons Leroy
CEO of the VDAB. Master in Law and Criminology. Special master in Public Administration and Management. After finishing his studies, Fons Leroy (23rd June 1954) lectured at the HISKWA-Arbeidershogeschool in Brussels and was responsible for the RVA (National Employment Office) research division. In 1990 he became Deputy Chief of Cabinet of the Community Minister for Employment of that time. From 1990 till 2005 he worked as a Deputy Chief of Cabinet and later as a Chief of Cabinet at the Flemish Employment Cabinets. In 2005, he became the CEO of the VDAB, the Public Employment Service of Flanders. He was elected Public Service Manager of the year (2009), HR Ambassador (2010) and Leader in Recognition (2016). Fons Leroy is president of the European Network of Public Employment Services and board member of WAPES. He is also a member of the High Council of Employment and visiting professor at Odisee High School in Brussels. 

Montserrat Pardo
Montserrat Pardo is Director of Institutional Relations of Microsoft Ibérica since 2006.
Previously, she was Director of Institutional Relations at Telefónica from 1999 to 2006. She also worked as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Orange. She is currently a member of the Board of Tecnalia Technology Corporation. Montserrat Pardo has a Master's Degree in International Business Management from the ESCP Europe Business School.


 
   
Jordi Serrano
Jordi Serrano (Barcelona, 1971) is a founding partner of the Future for Work Institute, which acts as an independent observatory, learning community and ‘think tank’ about trends and innovation in HR. He is also co-author of the book "El ocaso del empleo. Cómo sobrevivir al futuro del trabajo" and writes in his blog" The future of work" (blog.futurodeltrabajo.com).

Fredrik Söderqvist
Fredrik Söderqvist heads the economics department of Unionen, the leading Swedish service sector union with the largest number of affiliates worldwide. Fredrik Söderqvist is one of the leading European experts in analysing the impact of the economy of platforms on employment. In order to preserve the Swedish model of collaboration between employers and unions in the field of labour relations, Fredrik Söderqvist has proposed a system of regulation of online platforms for the provision of services compatible with this model. He also collaborates with the Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum, a leading organization in the development and dissemination of research projects related to entrepreneurship, innovation and business growth.
Marc Vidal
Marc Vidal is a prestigious consultant in transformation and digital strategy, analyst in Nueva Economía, professor in business schools, technological investor, writer and a requested international lecturer. Its clients include companies such as Basf, Merck, Hitachi, Microsoft, IBM or Allianz. Its professional vocation is to help companies and institutions to address the technological changes that the digital transformation offers. As a disseminator, he is a well-known director and presenter of several TV Shows, among which 'Economía de Bolsillo' and 'Economía de Futuro' on TVE stand out. Richard Wilkinson
Richard is Professor Emeritus of Social Epidemiology at the University of Nottingham Medical School, Honorary Professor at University College London and Visiting Professor at the University of York. His books and research papers have drawn attention to the tendency for societies with bigger income differences between rich and poor to suffer a heavier burden of health and social problems. Two of his books have been the subject of documentary films – The Great Leveller (for the Channel 4 TV’s Equinox series broadcast in 1996) was based on his Unhealthy Societies. The Divide (based on The Spirit Level) was released in April 2016 (available on Netflix). The Spirit Level, written with Kate Pickett is now in 24 languages and has won several awards. His TED talk ‘How economic inequality harms societies’ has been watched – on various web sites - over 3million times. Richard has received Solidar’s Silver Rose Award, the Irish Cancer Society’s Charles Cully Memorial medal, was The Australian Society for Medical Research medalist in 2017. He and Kate Pickett published their latest book, The Inner Level, in June 2018.
