Dear friends:

As you know the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the format of many of our congresses and meetings. With continuous restrictions & limitations regarding travels, hosting of events and congresses by governments and health authorities, they are now going to be virtual.

As you already know, the organizing committee of XXXIII Symposium SEHP-SEVILLA 2021 and the Board of Director of the SEHP also decided to go online. This decision was mainly taken to prevent spreading the virus and for the sake of event participants health and safety.

NOW, WE ARE ANNOUNCING A CHANGE IN THE DATES OF THE CONGRESS: our virtual symposium will be held from 19-21 May 2021. We need to postpone our congress because we are trying to keep the same program in its format & contents as much as possible.

DATES TO REMEMBER
 
FEBRUARY 1, 2021: Deadline for reception of proposals.
MARCH 1, 2021: Confirmation of acceptance of proposals.
MARCH 20, 2021: End of reduced fee.
APRIL 23, 2021: Publication of program.
MAY 19, 2021: Symposium Opening Session.
 
By changing to a virtual format and reducing some of the initially planned expenses, the organizing committee of the XXXIII SEHP-SEVILLA 2021 SYMPOSIUM AND THE SEHP BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAVE DECIDED TO REDUCE THE REGISTRATION FEE. The FEES FOR NEW ATTENDEES are as follows:

IF YOU’VE ALREADY PAID YOUR REGISTRATION, BUT YOU CANNOT ATTEND ON THE NEW DATES, you can get a full refund contacting our travel agency through our new website. But it is important that you bear in mind that we have established a DEADLINE TO OBTAIN THE FULL REFUND: you must request it from our travel agency before FEBRUARY 28 AT 12:00 SPANISH TIME. DEADLINE FOR FULL REFUND FINISHED. NO MORE FULL REFUND REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED.
 
IF YOU ALREADY PAID THE REGISTRATION AND YOU ARE ATTENDING OUR VIRTUAL CONGRESS, YOU CAN GET A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE FEE FROM MARCH 1^ST, by contacting our travel agency through our new website. But it is important that you bear in mind that we have established a DEADLINE TO OBTAIN THE PARTIAL REFUND: you must request it at our travel agency BEFORE MARCH 31^ST AT 12:00, SPANISH TIME. DEADLINE FOR FULL REFUND FINISHED. NO MORE FULL REFUND REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED.
 
WE REMIND ALL ATTENDEES ("OLD" AND "NEW") MUST REGISTER AGAIN on our new website.
 
We are confident that, despite the circumstances, this will be an important scientific meeting adding a lot to the History of Psychology knowledge.
